 Ro Zinniger is the owner of Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio. Ro Z's (pronounced Rosies) provides cake decorating classes from basic to advanced, certification and fun workships. Ro Z's retail shop has hundreds of items for cake decorating, candy making, baking, cookie decorating and includes popular brands of fondant, gumpaste, modeling chocolate, sugar pearls and much more.
Ro's forte and love is fondant, and now her cake decorating school and baking supply store will be offering classes and specialty workshops on fondant techniques using Satin Ice. Ro and her interns appeared on TLC Fabulous Cakes - Episode Makin Waves, Sonuthern Califoria, where they assisted a new local cake business build a 4 ft tall Hawaiian-themed wedding cake(featured cake). She has studied with cake decorating greats that include Debbie Brown, Colette Peters, Mark Seaman, Norm Davis/Zane Berg, Ruth Rickey and many more.
